This command renames a Database handle. For this change to take effect, the Database must be restarted. After restart, the new Database handle will appear in log and metric drains.

Synopsis 
Usage:
  aptible db:rename OLD_HANDLE NEW_HANDLE [--environment ENVIRONMENT_HANDLE]

Options:
  --env, [--environment=ENVIRONMENT]
